NOTICE OF WRITS FOR ELECTION
This notice is to advise all members of CAW Local 2002 Aeroplan D104 & D404 that in accordance with the Bylaws of CAW Local 2002, an election will take place for the above captioned positions.
The term of office for all elected officers of CAW Local 2002 is 3 years and such persons shall assume office the 1st day of the month following the election. (See Bylaws, Article 4.1.05 sub-clause (c)).
Any member in good standing may run for election for the position by submitting a completed Nomination Form via Fax or by Email to be received by the deadline, April 16th 2012 to CAW Local 2002 Office, 5-7015 Tranmere Dr, Mississauga ON, L5S 1M2, Fax: (905) 678-0100 or 1-866-635-5956. Nominees please read the Guidelines for Candidates. All nominators or nominee MUST confirm with the Local‘s office that the fax was received by calling (905) 678-1551 or 1-888-226-8885.
All candidates shall be able to withdraw their nomination 72 hours prior to the ballots being printed (7 days after close of nominations April 23rd 2012, (as per Bylaws 4.1.13).
